At Organic India, we are committed to sustainable fashion and your complete satisfaction. If your eco-friendly garment isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original organic cotton tags attached into the original biodegradable packaging to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items for quality, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
